Sunderland want to build on their last home game when they beat Manchester City 1-0. Arsenal may be a tougher test for them but in the last 2 years they have certainly held their own against the Gunners. They won 1-0 last season and drew 1-1 the season before. Arsenal come in to this game off a 6-0 thrashing of Braga and with confidence high. If they are going to be serious challengers for the league they will have to win games like this.
